How to Update Your Personal, Family, and/or Household Information on the Veracross Parent Portal
This document will walk you through the process of accessing your personal and family information from the Parent Portal.
Please Note: All changes made through the HPU form will need to be approved by the school prior to those changes showing in the Parent Portal. Changes are typically approved on a daily basis but can take up to a few days to be fully approved/processed.
The following is a list of changes that can be made:
Family Information
- My Personal Contact Information
- My Children’s Contact Information
- Change Primary Home Phone
- Change Primary Address
- Add/Change Secondary Address
- Update Employers
Household Contacts
- Contacts for My Children
Grandparents
- Grandparent Households
- Log in to your Parent Portal Account using the below URL:
- From the Home page, under the heading for My Household, click the GOLD button for Household Profile Update.
- Under the Review and Edit tab, notice the three sections in which you can update information: Family Information, Household Contacts, and Grandparents.
- Click on the blue title for the specific "card" you will want to update. Not all information/cards are updatable*.
- This will open the card so you can view the information contained within. To edit, click the blue button in the top left of the card for "edit".
- Make all updates as necessary and when finished, click on the blue “save” button at the top of the card (or click cancel to not save the changes).
- *If you are trying to update a field that is non-editable, please use the “My Family has Changed” card in order to make those changes. Enter the text for the change you want to make and then click the blue button to “send”.
