How to Access Files on Parent Portal

This document will walk you through the process of accessing your student’s ERB and Report Card files from the Parent Portal.

1. Log in to your Parent Portal Account using the below URL:

   1. https://portals.veracross.com/ssa/parent

2. From the Home page, under the heading for My Children, click on either tile for “Classes & Reports” or “Daily Schedule”.

3. Towards the top, click on the tab to the right for “Files”.

4. All files associated with your student will be listed towards the bottom under the heading for “Files”.  ERB Reports will have the year and phrase “ERB” located in the name for easy reference.  Report Cards will also have the year as well as the term and phrase “Report Card”.

5. Find the file you want to view and click the button to Download.
